#1

Check-in

Upon arrival, you and your puppy are greeted by staff. We’re currently offering curbside pickup and drop-off. If you’re both new to camp, you’ll be interviewed first to make sure your puppy is a good fit for us (and vice versa).

#2

Group play time

Your puppy heads in with other campers and counselors to our indoor/outdoor puppy play areas for group activity. If it’s a holiday, there may even be a party (we’ll find any excuse).

#3

Chow time

After all that exercise, it’s time to eat if your puppy is a mid-day snacker. We serve premium kibble, or you’re also welcome to bring your puppy’s favorite food from home.

#4

Missing your dog right about now?

Most of our locations offer petcams for our pet parents. Hop on any time and see what your new best friend is up to (other than missing you, obviously).

#5

Nap time

After lunch, the puppies can relax, take a snooze, or play some more! Our Camp rooms have plenty of space for those who want some rest & relaxation.

#6

More play time

In the afternoons, the puppies get busy with more activity—playing fetch, running around or lounging with a belly rub.

#7

Extras

We want your puppy to love their days at Best Friends, so we’re big on customization. You can make sure your puppy has a bath, extra cuddle time or even an ice cream with our extensive add-ons menu.

#8

Pickup

All fun days must come to an end. When you come to get your puppy, we’ll fill you in on their day — how they ate, played and slept. We’ll also let you know about any upcoming events.

Keeping all our dogs safe and sound is our #1 priority.
