We strive to earn your trust every time you bring your pet in for care. And you have overwhelmingly responded, rewarding us with your loyalty. So now we want to reward you through BFF, the Best Friends Forever Loyalty Rewards Program. BFF gives you the opportunity to earn free boarding and half-price grooming just for doing what you normally do - bringing your pet to Best Friends. Our loyalty program is completely free, and your enrollment is activated simply by giving us your e-mail address. That’s it.
How To Earn Rewards
You start earning your rewards as soon as you enroll. Everything is easy and automatic.
Here’s how it works:
Boarding
Earn ONE FREE NIGHT of boarding after every 20 paid pet boarding nights, redeemable during a later stay.

The free night reward may not be redeemed toward the boarding stay during which it was earned.

Pet boarding nights are accumulated per customer. The boarding rewards (free nights) are non-transferable, but may be used for any of the customer’s pets.
- Paid pet boarding nights are earned for overnight stays only. Day Care and Day Camp stays are not eligible for rewards.
- Any paid night in either a standard or luxury suite (or condo) counts equally toward the reward. Likewise, a free night reward may be redeemedon either a standard or luxury suite/condo, subject to availability.
Grooming
Earn a HALF-PRICE GROOM (50% off) for your pet after every 7 paid groom services for that pet.

Groom services must be accumulated and redeemed per pet. Grooming rewards are non-transferable.

A “paid” groom service is a primary shampoo and/or haircut service costing $10 or more, including Go-Home Fresh services and Puppy Groom.
A Few Brief Rules
1.- To enroll and to earn rewards, just provide
your e-mail address to an associate at your Best Friends location.
2.- Rewards are earned by accumulating paid pet stays or grooms over the 12 months from October 1st to September 30th. Accumulated pet stays or grooms that have not yet earned a reward DO NOT carry over towards the next 12-month accumulation period; participants start a new 12-month period on October 1st and begin from zero, accumulating stays and grooms.
3.- Rewards will expire 3 years from the date they are earned.
4.- There is no limit on the number of awards a pet or customer may earn in a 12-month period.
5.- Redeemed rewards are not counted as “Paid”pet nights or grooms and can not be counted toward earning additional rewards.
6.- Rewards may only be redeemed at the Best Friends location where they were earned.
