Five years of experience building and operating our new concept resorts have allowed us to design the next generation pet care facility.

Our new concept centers have been a tremendous success with pet lovers. These 17,000-square-foot, fully-enclosed facilities are full-service pet resorts offering pet owners the very best care in a clean, healthful and safe environment.

Applying the experience we have gained from the 13 resorts we have built since 1996, we have developed plans for the next generation of pet care facility. Our new building design plans include a design for retrofit of empty "big box" type stores. Use of this retrofit design will shorten the construction phases of our projects, while reducing some building costs.

Whether greenfield, new build construction or
retrofit property development, our strategy is focused on cluster market development. Our plans call for further expansion within existing markets as well as targeting additional markets with a high concentration of pet owners
in high income areas.
