Best Friends Pet Care Inc. has taken over ownership and operations of three Best Friends properties in North and South Carolina that were previously operated by a regional franchisee, Carolina Pet Care Inc..

The properties include the Best Friends Pet Resorts and Salons in Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC, and Shady Grove Kennels in Durham, NC,

"The Best Friends name promises pet lovers a high standard of care and service at any Best Friends facility. We are pleased and excited to be directly operating these three outstanding pet care centers in North and South Carolina.

The transition was effective May 15.
