If you could design the perfect boarding facility for your pet, what would it be like?

Would it be a modern, air-conditioned facility located in your favorite shopping center in town, or a homey setting out in the country? Do you want a facility that offers boarding, grooming, training, veterinary care and a retail shop all under one roof? Or would you prefer individual service outlets for each?

What services would your ideal boarding kennel offer? Playgroups for pets? One-on-one playtimes with staff? Walks in the woods? Health club amenities?

At Best Friends, we really want to know what's important to you. Pet lovers helped us develop many of the features we designed into our existing state-of-the-art pet resorts. Their concerns about pet security and health in traditional-style boarding kennels prompted us to design an enclosed facility with indoor exercise runs. Their desire for more professional customer service led us to design a hotel-style reception area fitted with a computerized reservation system.

Now we're developing the next generation of pet care centers and we want to know what features and services are most important to you. Attached to this letter is a brief survey - just 10 questions that will take only a few minutes to complete.
