Dear Best Friends Pet Care,
Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of representing your organization. We have used your facility since moving to Indiana in 2000. We go to Best Friends in Castleton on Bash Rd. Indianapolis area.
We have a miniature Schnauzer. Her name is Gretchen. She is six years old. Dixie is her groomer at the facility and we have used the kennel facilities as well. We never have to be concerned that Gretchen will be pampered as well as her usual needs being met. Your staff is very professional as well as attentive to our dog as well as me.
We added Gretchen to our family when she was 6 weeks old. We saw an add in the paper from her breeder. Since first coming home, she has been such a joy to have. She has quite a personality! She can actually carry on a conversation. For the first 10 minutes after my husband comes home from work, he and Gretchen "talk". She loves any kind of fruit, and, of course, treats. She loves being outside and believes she is quite the guard dog of our yard. She is truly our princess and a valued member of our family. Oh, by the way, I don't think she realizes she is a dog. She thinks she is a person and has the run of the house (and us).
