Celebrate your Best Friend at our Spring Dog Day Festivals!

Best Friends Pet Care will play host to fun and educational “Dog Fests” across the U.S. this spring, encouraging dog owners to celebrate and enhance their bond with their best friends.

There will be more than two dozen different events hosted by Best Friends Pet Care centers in 14 states.  Whether you've had dogs for years, are a brand new pet owner, or have just started looking for a best friend, your local Dog Fest offer something special for you. All events are free.

While each event will be unique, here a few of the fun, entertaining and educational activities that will be offered:

• Fun contests & games:  your best friend can win prizes for being the best kisser or best howler, for having the longest ears or for being the fastest ice cream eater.
• Advice on dog behavior and care; low-cost micro-chipping clinics, pet first aid demonstrations and pet health booths.
• Training demonstrations, Canine Good Citizen testing, plus a chance to try agility or participate in other activities.
• Pet adoptions:  great dogs will be onsite from local shelters and rescues;
• Pet product vendors, with samples and great stuff for sale
• Plus raffles, giveaways and more.

All well-behaved dogs on leash are welcome to attend (as long as they are accompanied by their human companion!)
